Return & Refund Policy
At Camstro, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with our products. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a comprehensive return and refund policy to ensure your peace of mind.
1. Returns
You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging and must include proof of purchase.
Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact our customer support team at support@camstro.com with your order number and reason for return.
- Our support team will review your return request and provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the return address.
- When shipping the return package, please inform us of the exact tracking number.
- Once we receive your return package, we will inspect the item. If the item meets the refund conditions, we will process your refund within 72 hours.
2. Refunds
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
Approval of Refund
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
Non-Refundable Items
Some items are non-refundable and non-returnable. These include:

- Products that have been personalized or customized
3. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs will be handled differently depending on the reason for the return:
